The only problems we've had with it so far (it's been about a month) are that it cuts out on a call when another call is coming in on call-waiting and the speaker phone microphone does not seem to be that strong.Otherwise, it's pretty good. This is a pretty good phone.
This is a good quality phone, which is easy to use, works perfectly, and has a base system that lets you use the phone in a power outage.
The replacement is working fine although the handset volume is a bit low. After only a few months the remote handset quit working. The company sent out a replacement in a short time and we did not even have to return the broken unit.
The corded handset volume adjustment doesn't go low enough while dialing. Two-ring pickup happens awfully quick.
if you need to write a note. The belt clip on the cordless handset is useless, and both handsets are difficult to hold on the shoulder e.g.
Bought this phone a couple of years ago. Total message duration limit of 13 minutes is short.
Speed-dial memory of 10 is pretty minimal. Mostly the features are good, but it's not an outstanding phone.
It sometimes gets a loud burst of static when first answering on the cordless handset, which obliterates the first part of the conversation.
Only minor complaint is that the mic for the speakerphone is not very good. Other than that, phone is great. Can't speak to the cordless handset - don't use it. People on the other end often complain they can't hear me. I'm currently using 2 of them in my home office and no problems with either in almost 2 years. But as for the base. Sound quality is good, messages are clear, easy to use.
